Our recruitment fee is competitive and based on the role’s seniority level and complexity. We provide transparent pricing once we understand your specific requirements. Volume discounts are available for companies hiring multiple positions. All fees are agreed upfront with no hidden costs.

What does the 3-month guarantee cover?

If the placement doesn’t work out within the first three months for any reason, we’ll provide up to 2 replacement candidates at no additional cost. If concerns arise, contact your account manager immediately—we can often resolve issues through communication before considering replacement.

Can we try specialists before permanent commitment?

Yes, through our Try & Hire option. Start with IT Outsourcing to evaluate specialists through real project work, then convert to permanent employment when you’re confident about the fit. Conversion fees are structured to reward longer evaluation periods—the longer the outsourcing engagement, the more favorable the conversion terms. Do we need a legal entity in Poland to hire permanent employees?

Yes, you’ll need a Polish legal entity to employ staff directly. If you’re planning significant growth in Poland but don’t want to handle setup complexity, infrastructure, and operational management, consider our IT Delivery Centers service—we establish, staff, and operate complete development centers on your behalf, then transfer ownership when you’re ready.

Can you recruit for roles outside of software development?

Yes.
