  • Experience in IT recruitment

Sales & Account Management

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services

What languages do I need to work at ITFS?

English and Polish are essential for most positions. Additional languages are a plus, especially for international roles.

Do you offer remote work?

We offer hybrid and remote work options for many positions, depending on the role and team needs. Our approach is flexible and focused on results.

What’s the typical career path at ITFS?

We believe in growing talent from within. Junior recruiters can advance to mid and senior positions, then to team leader roles. Similar paths exist in sales and other departments.

What kind of training and development do you provide?

All new team members receive comprehensive onboarding. We also provide ongoing training in recruitment tools, sales techniques, industry knowledge, and soft skills. Senior team members mentor junior colleagues.
