Device administration using Microsoft Intune: enrolling and configuring computers and mobile devices (Windows, iOS, Android) in various scenarios (corporate, BYOD, kiosk).
Implementing security and compliance policies
Managing Windows updates and endpoint security
Configuring and maintaining Windows Autopilot: preparing Autopilot profiles and implementing various deployment scenarios.
Distributing and updating applications using Intune: Microsoft Store, Office 365, Win32, and integration with Apple Business Manager and Google Play.
Using analytical and diagnostic tools
Maintaining a hybrid environment (Intune + ConfigMgr) and collaborating with IT and security teams.
Documenting procedures, creating instructions, and providing training support for users and the IT team.

Min. 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Intune or related MDM solutions.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune: device enrollment and configuration (Windows, iOS, Android) - including enterprise, BYOD, and kiosk scenarios - and device compliance management (Device Compliance, Conditional Access).
Experience managing applications in Intune: distributing and updating applications (Microsoft Store, Office 365, Win32) and integrating with Apple Business Manager and Managed Google Play.
Familiarity with Windows Autopilot and device provisioning processes.
Ability to manage Windows updates (Update Rings, Autopatch) and endpoint security.
Experience in a hybrid Intune + Configuration Manager environment.
Familiarity with identity and access management in Entra ID (Azure AD), including creating dynamic groups and RBAC roles. and use of the Graph API.
