Scope of responsibilities

  • Independently managing full recruitment processes – from candidate acquisition to engagement/employment.

  • Actively searching for and reaching out to candidates.

  • Conducting interviews and assessing candidate competencies.

  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage of the process and building long-term relationships.

  • Close collaboration with Key Account Managers in the implementation of recruitment projects.

Sought-after competences

  • At least one year of experience in conducting recruitment processes (end2end) in the IT industry – a necessary requirement.
  • Knowledge of spoken and written English at a minimum B2 level.
  • Communication skills, commitment, and creativity in implementing your own solutions.
  • Knowledge of ATS systems.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and methods.
